Terms of Service

By accessing https://nowtarise.com, creating an account, uploading documents, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. The contracting provider is Stacklinx Computers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Nowtarise acts as a digital software broker and orchestration layer. We connect you to third-party notaries, identity providers, payment processors, and archival infrastructure. We do not ourselves perform notarial acts unless expressly stated for a specific licensed rail operated under a partner agreement.

Stacklinx Computers and Nowtarise are technology companies. We are not a law firm, not a notary public (except where fulfilment is performed solely by a licensed partner identified at checkout), and we do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or representation.

The platform provides software routing, checkout, identity handoff, and digital vault infrastructure. Any notarization, apostille, solicitor certification, or similar legal act is performed by an independent partner subject to that partner's licence and terms. You are solely responsible for determining whether a given output meets your legal, regulatory, or institutional requirements before you rely on it.

• You should consult qualified counsel where stakes are high or jurisdiction is uncertain.

Nowtarise enables remote PDF upload, identity verification, payment collection, and routing to qualified workflows (including EU eIDAS-aligned identity and signature partners such as Signicat and ZealiD where applicable). Features vary by product tier and region.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compliance, or commercial reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption to paid orders already in progress.

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your credentials. Information you provide for KYC, KYB, or fulfilment must be accurate and kept current.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you have the right to upload and process each document; (b) documents are authentic and not misleading; (c) your use complies with applicable law; and (d) you will not use the service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or unlawful content.

You grant Stacklinx Computers a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, encrypt, transmit, transform, and display your documents solely to provide the service, operate the vault, satisfy audit obligations, and comply with law. You retain ownership of your underlying content.

Nowtarise does not guarantee that any receiving party — including courts, registries, embassies, universities, banks, immigration authorities, or private counterparties — will accept a remote notarization, digital certificate, biometric seal, or Apostille obtained through the platform.

Legal effect depends on jurisdiction, document type, chain of custody, Hague Convention requirements, local apostille practice, and the policies of the intended recipient. You must confirm requirements with the recipient before purchase where possible. We are not responsible for rejection, delay, or additional authentication demanded by a third party.

Prices are shown at checkout in EUR unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. or affiliates). By paying, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Partner and identity fees may be incurred at purchase and are generally non-recoverable once fulfilment begins. Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable after processing starts or a notary session is completed. If our platform fails to deliver the purchased digital deliverable due to a fault on our side, contact support@nowtarise.com within 14 days with your order reference for remediation or a refund at our reasonable discretion.

The Nowtarise brand, software, interfaces, and documentation are owned by Stacklinx Computers or licensors. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the platform except as permitted by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION, OR THAT PARTNER SYSTEMS WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Stacklinx Computers, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Without limiting the foregoing, Stacklinx Computers shall not be liable for: (a) rejection, invalidation, or non-recognition of any notarized document, Apostille, or certification by any government, court, registry, or third party; (b) acts or omissions of independent notaries, solicitors, or identity providers; (c) delays caused by partner queues, public holidays, or consular requirements; (d) your failure to select the correct product rail; or (e) consequential losses arising from your reliance on any output.

Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event, or (ii) one hundred euros (EUR 100), except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stacklinx Computers and its affiliates from claims, fines, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your documents, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or disputes with third parties relating to your use of outputs.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction's laws.

Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Before initiating proceedings, you agree to contact support@nowtarise.com to attempt good-faith resolution within thirty (30) days.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
